Russell Manser - From Robbing Banks to Healing Trauma
Friday Jul 08, 2022
Friday Jul 08, 2022
Russell Manser loved the adrenaline rush of robbing banks. Not knowing whether he would walk into or out of the bank with an ambush of police waiting for him.
Russell has regrets and remorse for the trauma he caused the innocent involved.
He has faced plenty of trauma throughout his life. (You’ll have to listen for the finer details)
Be warned, this episode is brutally honest and graphic at times and may be triggering for some listeners. Listen with caution.
Russell is doing incredible work now helping survivors of sexual assault in the prison system.
Russell’s story is quite heavy but it’s one that needs to be heard and we thank Russell for being so vulnerable and open in sharing his story.
You can watch more of Russells story here : Russell Manser on Australian Story
Also you can see some of the great work Russell is doing to help other people through his business The Voice of a Survivor
