It’s a special one for us. Kate is our first family member to join us for a chat. Kate is the wife of our cousin Jezz.
Kate has had some struggles with Anxiety and Post Natal depression.
Kate chats to us about when she first started to struggle with anxiety and the steps she took to overcome it.
We also discuss the night her husband went into cardiac arrest. The day and circumstances surrounding that and what his recovery was like.
