David has been involved in High Performance with elite athletes for over 20 years.
From working with Olympic athletes to working in the AFL with @nmfcofficial in the 90’s and later with @collingwood_fc and @carlton_fc and even supporting the players from @essendonfc when they were suspended by WADA.
David shares how he got into mindfulness and meditation following the death of his son Nick and how that lead to starting a foundation in his honour The N.I.C.K Foundation
